The festival, designed to be a celebration of Oberon's winter beauty, will be held at the iconic Malachi Gilmore Hall in Oberon's main street, and will feature competitions and events over three days, along with music, food and wine.
The focus will be on botanical displays, based on what is in the landscape - what is grown, picked or harvested in autumn and winter.
Other artforms, including painting, sculpture, photography and videos, will also be on display, featuring the local botany.
Prizes will be awarded in the competitive sections.
There will be short talks by experts in cool climate gardening throughout the festival.
