Oberon Garden Club and community members, supported by Oberon Council, will showcase Oberon's winter beauty through the festival's series of competitions and events over the weekend of July 3 to 5 to coincide with the end of the school term.
This will enable children, through their school, to be part of the events, organisers say.

The objective is to highlight Oberon's "shy", and sometimes hidden, winter beauty and enthuse the community that is lucky enough to be part of it, according to organisers.
Sponsorship packages are available and Oberon Garden Club members Julie Huie and Lexi Kellam have welcomed First National Bowyer and Livermore as one of their first supporters.
Ms Huie said Greg Ryan took a eucalypt sponsorship package worth $2000, which entitles First National to have its name and logo feature on all promotional material.
Mr Ryan said it was a great idea and said he was keen to support the festival, which was promoting Oberon.
