As a community, we've stood up, we've accepted the challenges, but we've shown resilience and continued to support one another.
We've endeavored to keep things moving in the Bathurst electorate and we've been investing strongly in many projects right across the area.
Not only have our large towns benefitted, but also our smaller towns and villages. These projects have created jobs and supported our local contractors and subcontractors.
In the Bathurst Local Government area we've invested in projects like water security, opened a new 220 bed jail, started the Kelso to Raglan roadworks and completed the new boardwalk around Mount Panorama.
In Lithgow the Resources for Regions program of $2 million is going to see refurbishments to Lithgow Information Neighbourhood Centre, improved water pressure for Portland residents, a new clubhouse for the Portland Touch Football competition, improvements in roads like the Hartley Vale road, Dark Corner Road and work continuing on better access over the mountains.
Greenspot have also taken over the Wallerawang Power Station site, where we will see hundreds of jobs created into the future at this industrial park.

In Oberon, we have invested in a brand new fitness centre, seeing the extensions commence to the Oberon Children's Centre, $20 million for Jenolan Caves upgrades to Caves House, Blue Lake and a new interpretation centre, and $14.5 Million on Tablelands Way.
We've opened Blayney's state of the art Equestrian and Livestock centre, investments like $1.8 million into the Centrepoint and Leisure facility, refurbishments of the Blayney Train Station and road improvements earmarked for Carbine Road, Forrest Reef Road and Carcoar Street.
In Kandos-Rylstone the preschool has been extended, the Rylstone showground will be enhanced and the Rylstone public school is going to receive a new multipurpose court.
