Mrs Alevras said they had many cancellations and customers rebooking for next year.
"During the shutdown, we've been busy adding to the experience of Lake Oberon Estate. There's always more to do," she said.
"In late 2017, we began the Lake Oberon Estate project with the aim to offer couples, families, friends and work colleagues a unique, beautiful and memorable country experience overlooking and extending to the foreshores of Lake Oberon.
"The estate encompasses over 120 acres of breathtaking countryside and is the perfect location for destination wedding celebrations, corporate events, health and wellbeing retreats or to just simply escape from the city for a weekend away.
"We purchased the property in 1997 and we're very proud of what we have to offer."
Mr Alevras said they have hosted events for Oberon Council, IGA National and Lion Nathan Brewery and "we are currently negotiating with Samsung Australia to host a corporate event in the near future".
"We have accommodation available for up to 54 guests across four five-star alpine chalets, our cosy cottage and two fully appointed suites. Each chalet includes a wood fireplace, kitchen and laundry," he said.
"All accommodation includes wi-fi, Netflix, Stan and Bluetooth HiFi surround sound systems."
Lake Oberon Estate has a fully equipped commercial quality gymnasium with mountain and lake views and a 12-person therapeutic spa with two infrared saunas as well as a full size synthetic grass tennis court.
"We also have a log barn, with an alfresco dining area that can accommodate up to 54 guests or a fully appointed reception and function room which can accommodate up to 120 guests," Mr Alevras said.
"The function room has a dance floor, a fully equipped commercial kitchen with a generous coolroom, air-conditioning, laser lights, 75" smart TV, 1000 watts sound system and drinks bar."
Mr Alevras said they are now taking bookings through Airbnb.
"Although we are a destination venue we like to give smaller or large groups and families from outside of Oberon the opportunity to embrace and escape to the country and visit the many attractions Oberon has to offer," he said.
