Ms Walsh said she has been lobbying the state and federal governments for assistance for months.
"It's not only my business, but local B and Bs, motels and the caravan park have been affected," she said.
"With the closure of Jenolan Caves and Mayfield Garden, travel restrictions and self-isolating, there are no tourists coming to town. This funding will help to keep businesses operating."
Member for Bathurst Paul Toole said it is thanks to the advocacy efforts of the local communities that small businesses in Oberon and Mid-Western local government areas now have access to the funding.
"I know that to keep our region going, we need to support our small businesses wherever we can," he said.
"Small businesses in these regions have been affected by drought, bushfires and now the COVID-19 crisis. Every dollar of government support makes a difference."
