A SMALL group of ladies braved the smoky conditions to play a nine-hole stableford. Katie Graham was the winner with 22 points, ahead of Robyn Slattery with 20 points. Flo Spence took third place with 18 points.

A crowd of 23 ladies joined in the Christmas lunch and annual trophy awards presentation which followed the golf.
Robyn Slattery won the title of club champion for the fourth time in a row, winning the Club Championships. Stella McGrath was the Division 1 runner-up. Lyn Prowse was the Division 2 champion and the runner-up was Flo Spence. Stella McGrath won the 54 holes net competition. Joan Graham won the First National Bowyer and Livermore-sponsored Monthly Medal of Medals. Yvonne Collins won the Silver Salver, Robyn Stapleton won the Red Cross Cup, Stella McGrath won the Mabel Mackenzie Brooch, Marjorie Webb won the Arrow's Newsagency Eliminator and Flo Spence won the Pat Arrow Trophy. The award of senior veteran winner went to Marjorie Webb.
There will be a New Year's Stableford on Wednesday, January 1 and then the Monthly Medal Round will be held on January 8.
