The draw will be held on Friday, December 13 in the council's Christmas Grotto area from 5pm.
"I'm happy how quickly businesses and shoppers have embraced this campaign to keep our dollars in Oberon," Mrs Lowe said.
"We currently have 48 businesses participating so when you're shopping, ask for your vouchers."
The Buy Local Oberon 2019 campaign is an initiative of a small committee formed under the guidance of Oberon Business and Tourism Association (OBTA).
"Local retail, trade and service providers have been affected by the drought so our aim was to get the community to support these businesses in the lead-up to Christmas.
"All completed draw tickets must be in by close of business Thursday, December 12," Mrs Lowe said.

The first prize will be $3000 in shop local vouchers, second prize will be $1000 in shop local vouchers, third prize will be $500 in shop local vouchers and there will be 20 prizes of $50 shop local vouchers.
"Vouchers come in $50 currency, so the prize money does not have to be spent in any one store," Mrs Lowe said.
"Having the draw on Friday, December 13 will give winners time to spend their vouchers before Christmas."
Mrs Lowe said the other exciting news is that our very own musician Chris Callaghan will be performing as part of the draw evening activities.
"Chris, a singer, songwriter and entertainer was born in Oberon and has made himself well known Australian country music industry."
Chris has performed to a wide range of audiences both nationally and internationally, delivering musical versatility.
He hasan easy listening voice and a down to earth sense of humour, ensuring his performances are always highly entertaining and popular.
"I'm sure there are many locals who want to catch up with Chris. He has a lot of friends in town - it should be good," Mrs Lowe said.
Chris has been inspired by Johnny Cash from an early age, and in addition to his own original works, Chris is currently performing as the legendary Johnny Cash across Australia. His distinctly Australian writing and performance style has enabled him to build a strong and loyal following among locals and tourists.
Chris has a natural ability to connect with a diverse range of people, and this has been pivotal in establishing his place as a well known entertainer.
