The day featured heritage tours, historical displays, sheep dog trials, pony rides, a golf putting competition, jumping castle, bucking bull and market stalls and was followed by a bush dance in the community hall.
It's estimated more than 1500 people descended on the Black Springs Heritage Festival last Saturday. Some visitors travelled from Victoria, Canberra, Sydney and Armidale.
