No one was disappointed when the dogs and their trainers went through their paces showing just how well trained they are and indispensable they become when placed with their new owners.
The companion dog program that operates from the Bathurst Jail has seen many dogs placed with owners who may be suffering from post traumatic stress disorder.
Meanwhile, Oberon Hospital Auxiliary members will celebrate the group's 75th birthday with high tea at the Robert Hooper Community Centre from 2.30pm on Sunday, June 23.
Once again guests will enjoy delicious home cooking.
Cost is just $10 per person. Make sure you save the date.
