Thirteen riders participated in the event, with most riding the 50 kilometres, to finish with a ride up the straight of the Mount Panorama racetrack where the Bathurst Cycling Classic (formerly B2B) ride was to finish later in the day.
John Glassford, Rotary District Governor 9700, was on hand to greet the riders as they finished their leg of the relay well before their allotted time.
The Oberon to Bathurst ride was leg 15 of Rotary District 9700's schedule of 28 rides which will culminate with a ride into Griffith from Rankins Springs to coincide with the district's annual conference at the end of March.
Rotarians from clubs on each leg have been encouraged to collect donations in their communities to go to the Polio Plus Fund.
The fund has the goal of finally ridding the planet of polio.
