In 1995, all Justin Herald had to start his business was $50. With clever marketing campaigns and a strong desire to make something of his life, he set out to turn his $50 into a multi-million dollar empire in just six years.
In 2005, Mr Herald was named International Entrepreneur of the Year and awarded a Future Leaders Award, recognising him as one of the 50 most influential leaders of the next generation in Australia.

Mr Herald's business success has allowed him to retire and he says he has turned his passion to helping others achieve their business and personal goals.
He has worked closely with major organisations such as the Australian Tax Office, Philips and IP Australia.
He is in high demand as a motivational speaker: in 12 months alone, he delivered presentations to 150,000 people on success, passion and opportunity.
Mr Herald’s first two books, Would You Like Attitude With That? and What Are You Waiting For?, were international bestsellers and his third book, It's All A Matter Of Attitude, released in 2004, became an Australian bestseller in less than two weeks.
Recently, he has published How To Grow Your Business Without Spending A Single Cent and So You Have A Great Idea For A Business .... Now What?. He has also released CDs and DVDs.
Oberon will hold its Australia Day celebrations, featuring entertainment and morning tea, on Saturday, January 26 at the Oberon Showground from 9am.
The official ceremony will commence at 10am, where the Australia Day Citizen Awards will be presented.
Oberon’s ambassador last year was motivational speaker Sam Cawthorn.
