The charity was created by actor Samuel Johnson and his sister Connie Johnson – a mother of two who fought breast cancer for years before passing away last year - to encourage Australian women to have their breasts checked.
Last week Mr O'Shea was joined by a group of walkers in Oberon at their base camp at the Royal Hotel.

The Paddy’s Pub to Pub 2 - You'll Never Walk Alone Tour started at Black Springs where they were greeted by the late Michelle Hanrahan's uncle and aunty, Frank and Eileen Hanrahan, before their walk back to Oberon.
Mr O'Shea said his late wife was a Central Tablelands girl, so he wanted to walk the villages she and her family knew well.
Actor Laurence Coy also joined walkers for the 2018 fundraiser.
“Our aim is to embrace each other and those on the way; reflect on the gift of the lives we remember and honour; to raise some funds for Love Your Sister and cancer research and have a memorable time across the Central West which welcomed us so warmly last year,” Mr O’Shea said.
Following their walk from Black Springs, participants headed to the Oberon Dam on Wednesday while the welcomed rain came down.
“It was a misty, murky walk in the morning,” Mr O’Shea said.
“We had a barbecue lunch at the Oberon Dam before it started raining and then we headed to O’Connell afterwards where we spent the night.
"The next day we went to Bathurst and stayed overnight at Jack Duggans Hotel."
Mr O'Shea said walkers then drove to Sydney and walked from North Bondi RSL to Clovelly Hotel.
"The walk was undertaken after the recent launch of the Michelle Hanrahan Award For Outstanding Contribution to Allied Health at Prince of Wales Hospital, where my wife was the head of occupational therapy,” he said.
Mr O’Shea said donations this year can be made direct to Love Your Sister.
"Last year’s event raised almost $8500 for the charity,” he said.
