Involvement in the community is something that Garth focuses on in his business and currently supports local events such as the Gone Fishing Day and the upcoming Oberon Redfin Roundup, along with some of Oberon’s local fisherman including Richard Gear and Jarrod Williams. “It’s great to see so many people involved in fishing, and some of the guys definitely know their craft. Jarrod is currently sitting third in our Inland Fishing Competition, while Richard is fifth,” he said.
A keen fisherman himself, Garth said he has a simple job to provide high quality and affordable products at a great price while also providing solid knowledge. “I’ve learnt so much through my experiences and love passing on good information while picking up any local tips”.
