We started the week with our annual parade. Thank you to our parents and community who supported our school and children by dressing them up and continued their support for our farmers through their donations.
We raised another $129.30 to give to those in need.
On Monday we also enjoyed a visit from our pirate friend Captain Crackers, who shared his collection of marine creatures and artefacts with us as well as a message of care for our environment.
All kindergarten to year six students participated in stage-based literacy activities and our students from years three to six also visited our local pre-schools to read to the children.
We also shared a pirate meal deal thanks to Sandie Thompson and her team of helpers.
Our students visited Oberon Children Centre and Parkview Kindergarten to read with our little friends.
