It was an action-packed two days featuring canoeing, grass-skiing, rock-climbing, small team challenges (initiatives) and time well spent cooking damper and talking around the campfire.
The annual camp is an opportunity for the student cohort to bond, gain a degree of independence, learn about themselves and their peers and have a fun time. Year seven adviser Peter O’Neill led the camp with assistance from Jodi Francey.
They were joined on the first day by deputy principal Fiona Abbott and school chaplain Alex Cuttiford and on the second day by principal Craig Luccarda.
The school is already making preliminary preparations for the 2019 year seven camp.
