The demonstration will be Tracey Tullier making cauliflower soup with cheesy dippers using seasonal ingredients from the market.
Regular stallholders will have beef, lamb and duck, fruit and vegetables, bread and cheese, olive oil, salami, homemade cakes and pies, jams and preserves, wine, dog treats, kennels and coats and lots more for sale.
The Bush Fire Brigade will have delicious bacon and egg rolls from the barbecue and two fresh coffee outlets will be on site.
Each stallholder contributes an item to a basket which becomes a raffle on the day, with the proceeds going to the Tarana Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade.
