The event is being held in conjunction with Oberon Heritage and Collectors Club Inc, Skoda and Tatra Register and the Society of Drivers, Engineers and Mechanics.
The event replaces Oberon Heritage and Collectors Club's very popular Highlands Steam and Vintage Fair for this year only, with that event reappearing in 2019.
This is an opportunity to see and hear the progress and plans to recommence rail operations as a tourist attraction in the near future and hear plans for the 2019 Highlands Steam and Vintage Fair.
Call into the station on Lowes Mount Road to see locomotives, heritage rail carriages, trikes, steam road traction engines, cars, trucks, station memorabilia and more. An OTHR spokesman said the event will be a laid-back display featuring all kinds of machinery.
Barry Hughes will have his popular tractor orphanage in Endeavour Street open for inspection on the day.
