This month's feature will be the return of the Upper Macquarie Weeds Council information trailer. Officers will be on hand to identify problem weeds, provided they are presented in a sealed plastic bag, and give advice on their control.
Locally grown produce will include beef and lamb and duck, vegetables and fruit, tomato plants and vegie seedlings, jams and preserves, salami and goat's cheese, home-made cakes and pies, Greek sweets and chocolate, garden plants and woodwork items, free range eggs, potatoes, wine and port, olive oil and blended teas.
The Tarana Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade will have bacon and egg rolls from the barbecue all day and Ruellas Coffee will be making coffee and milkshakes.
Shady umbrellas provide a place to sit and relax and enjoy the music from the local buskers.
Take the picturesque drive to Tarana, collect some fresh local products and take the opportunity to purchase some unique and different Christmas gifts.
