This interactive presentation was designed to raise awareness of safety online, particularly during gaming.
It also highlighted the importance of the safe use of technology in our homes and at school.
The students were able to verbalise many strategies to stay protected as well as what to do in the event that they feel unsafe.
Christmas artworks
WELL done to all the year five and six students from St Joseph's School who have been busy preparing their Christmas storytelling artwork for 2017. They look amazing. Each year, students from stage three prepare an artwork and written component about the birth of Jesus and associated scripture references.
Each year, three student artworks from years five and six are selected by staff to represent St Joseph’s at the diocesan gallery in Mudgee.
All of the student artworks will be on display in the corridors for the remainder of the term.
Our three finalists representing years five and six are Kage Jones, Hannah Harris and Ella Mangan (year five) and Maddison Gibbs, Mitchell Kirby and Ben Moran (year six).
