Following the wild storms which lashed almost the entire Central West on Wednesday, November 26, a lengthy clean-up process has begun.
To make matters worth, the hot and windy conditions mean the threats of fires remains.

On Wednesday, more than 800 NSW SES volunteers responded to assist communities in the Central West, Hunter, North Coast, Illawarra and across Sydney impacted by the storms.
The busiest NSW SES Unit in the state was Blacktown, with more than 350 storm-related jobs called in. At Orange, crews responded to about 170 incidents.

At Nevertire, west of Dubbo, entire roofs were blown off properties, including private homes and sheds, and the damage is expected to take several days to clean up.
