A man has been airlifted after suffering what are being described as significant injuries to the neck in a motorbike crash on a rural property.

At 11.15am on Saturday, October 4, emergency services were called to a property on Princes Lane, Pyramul - 40 kilometres south of Mudgee - following reports of a motorbike crash.
They arrived to find a man, aged in his 40s, who had suffered multiple injuries to the neck, arms, and pelvis.
The man was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics and intensive care units before Toll Rescue Helicopter RSCU201 was called to airlift him.

The man was then treated by the helicopter's medical crew as he was airlifted to Sydney's Westmead Hospital in a stable condition.
