It was understandable she felt that way, given she had just played her third semi-final in the space of 24 hours.
For the region's female players, playing different codes or a couple of different sports during the winter season is nothing new.
But even by those standards, Ryan's current run is impressive.
The multi-code star is a key part of the Dubbo Roolettes rugby side, which secured a spot in the Westfund Ferguson Cup grand final on Saturday, August 23.
Rugby league was the focus on Sunday, and Ryan scored a hat-trick in Dubbo CYMS' league tag semi-final win over Mudgee in the morning, before swapping colours in the afternoon.
Ryan plays for Mudgee in the PMPW tackle competition and just happened to be going up against Dubbo CYMS in the major semi-final.

Another try was scored in that match as Mudgee won the major semi-final and advanced straight through to the inaugural PMPW decider.
"I'm busted, to be honest with you," Ryan said after Mudgee's win.
"Today and then yesterday, especially with that one (rugby) probably being the grand final (preview). My body is pretty sore today."
Ryan has long been one of the busier players in the region.
She has been a representative-level player in both codes while spending time playing at various clubs around the west.
Ryan spent time with Mudgee in the Western Women's Rugby League (WWRL) competition in the past, so she continued with those in red and white when the PMPW was announced.
The Dragons finished the regular season in second spot behind the undefeated Dubbo CYMS, but turned the tables on the Fishies in Sunday's major semi-final.
Some outstanding defence and attacking spark created by the likes of Ryan, Hannah Keath and Matilda Harper led the Dragons to a 16-8 win at Glen Willow Stadium.
"They've definitely welcomed me into the team the past couple of years, and we've really gelled and worked on a lot of stuff to get where we are now," Ryan said of Mudgee.
As pleasing as the win was, it was difficult for Ryan going up against CYMS, considering she had been wearing their green and white only a few hours earlier.
"I hate it," she said.
"I was in a green jersey earlier, and now I'm in a red one. It's definitely hard to play against them ... but I try not to really think about that sort of stuff too much."
The Dragons' major semi-final win over CYMS secured passage straight through to the PMPW grand final on Sunday, September 7.
The CYMS league tag side could also be in action that day, but it has to get past minor premiers Bathurst St Pat's in next weekend's preliminary final.
The Fishies warmed up for that game in style as they scored a resounding 40-4 semi-final win over Mudgee at Glen Willow Stadium.
Ryan starred with her hat-trick, while electric fullback Mirrikie Shaw grabbed a double.
Grand final weekend could be a big one for Ryan as the Central West Rugby Union deciders will be played at Orange's Endeavour Oval on Saturday, September 6.
The Dubbo Roolettes have already ensured their spot by downing Orange City 28-15 in Saturday's major semi-final.
Ryan wasn't getting too far ahead of herself after the semi-finals, but was all too aware it could be a special time in the coming weeks.
"I'm hoping so," she said of winning multiple titles.
"When it comes to finals, you never know which way it's going to go, but I'm hoping to get a bit of silverware."
Ryan isn't the only player in the region chasing the rare treble.
Teenage twin sensations Amelia and Sienna Sullivan will play for the Macquarie Raidettes' league tag side in next weekend's preliminary final and they will also be part of the Goannas PMPW side that meets CYMS.
That comes 24 hours after they will line up for Orange City against Bathurst Bulldogs in the Westfund Ferguson Cup prelim.
