Other Winter in Bathurst attractions included an ice rink, carousel, and market stalls.
These market stalls were part of the Festival's Brew and Bite, which ran over two weekends of Winter in Bathurst.
The first kicked off on Friday, July 4, as the opener to the iconic town staple, and ran until the evening of Saturday, July 5.
Then, for the second weekend of the festival, Brew and Bite was back.
On the evening of Friday, July 18, dozens of stalls were set up along William Street, and at the Greens on William.
With plenty of food trucks, attendees were spoilt for choice with the Little Vintage Blends coffee van, the Trang Hue Vietnamese food truck, and many more delicious options available.
There was also an abundance of market stalls selling clothing, accessories and much more, all to highlight the amazing small businesses in Bathurst and the Central West.
Winter in Bathurst, which was the project of a mammoth effort from businesses across Bathurst, was the 2025 iteration of the Winter Festival, which ran for nine years.
