Kati Thanda-Lake Eyre is Australia's largest salt lake, sitting within Kati Thanda-Lake Eyre National Park, 750km north of Adelaide.

Rain from southwest Queensland flowing into north-east South Australia has made its way to the lake, transforming the usually dry salt bed into an oasis.
The rare event has occurred just four times in the past 160 years.
Millions of waterbirds and breeding birds from as far as China and Japan will migrate to the lake during this time.
South Australia's Department of Water advises the best way to view the lake is from the air.
"As the water levels drop and salinity increases, the water in some sections of the lake may take on a pink tinge, which is spectacular to see," a spokesperson for the department said.
