The incident occurred just before 6pm on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at the intersection of Suttor and Cummings streets, opposite Bathurst West Public School.
Fire and Rescue NSW and NSW Ambulance were seen in attendance.
A spokesperson for NSW Ambulance said the initial reports were for two patients requiring assessment by paramedics.
Since then, it is understood one person required transportation to Bathurst Health Service for treatment of minor injuries.

The westbound side of Suttor Street has been closed to traffic while emergency services personnel respond to the incident.
Traffic is being diverted down Larson Street.
Motorists should avoid the area.
It is the second significant accident in just two hours, with emergency services also responding to a three-car accident on the edge of the Bathurst CBD.
One person required treatment from paramedics after sustaining arm injuries in the collision.
