The fast-growing event is entering its third year, with the organisers looking to make it bigger and better in a new location.
"We're absolutely thrilled to bring Beatlesfest to Bathurst," festival directors Wade Jackson and Jonathan Sequeira said.
"After the overwhelming success of last year's event, we knew the festival had the potential to grow even more, and Bathurst offers the perfect backdrop for what's sure to be our biggest event yet."
Beatlesfest will be held in Keppel Street from August 22 to 24, utilising existing venues to deliver an exciting and unique festival experience over three days.
Festivalgoers will be treated to live performances, tribute acts, memorabilia exhibitions, markets and guest speakers.
The event is expected to draw in big crowds to Bathurst.
Deputy mayor Ben Fry, who has been working with Mr Jackson and Mr Sequeira to bring Beatlesfest to Bathurst, said it will fill a gap in the calendar between the winter festival and the racing season.
"The date, mid to late August, is really attractive to the city," he said.

He said Bathurst council is eager to partner with private promoters who are looking to activate existing venues by bringing new events to the city.
The council will provide in-kind support to Beatlesfest in 2025.
"I've been pretty clear that council is not in a financial position to contribute monetary funds to their operation, but we can support them in-kind in marketing, tourism and operational help to ensure the event is as successful as it can be," Cr Fry said.
"A small amount of operational resources and brand-sharing can actually build authenticity and reputation around an event like this, even if it is wholly and privately run.
"We just want to make sure Bathurst is putting its best foot forward to confirm as many events as possible in the region."
If Beatlesfest is a success in Bathurst, Cr Fry believes it is possible to lock in a multi-year deal and, over time, expand the footprint of the festival.
"I'm really keen to make it as big as some of the other music/band festivals we see in NSW, because the Beatles have something for everyone," he said.
