Police were called to a park on Elementary Road in Mambourin, a suburb in Melbourne's southwest, at 7.30am on January 21 following reports that a body had been discovered.

Anmoral Bajwa, also known as Anmol, was identified by family members as the victim.
The 36-year-old father of two children, a 2-year-old son and a 6-year-old daughter, was found just 200 metres away from his home, family confirmed.
A 31-year-old man from Brookfield, a suburb in Melbourne's outer northwest, was charged with murder.
He has been remanded to appear at Melbourne Magistrates' Court on January 22.
A fundraiser was launched on January 21 by Nav Boparai. More than $18,000 was raised for the family in less than a day.
Mr Boparai alleges the "father, husband and loving son" was murdered "in cold blood".
"Anmol was a community and family-orientated person who worked hard to build a better life in Australia," he said.
"36 years old only, a life too short taken away," he said.
