Utes in the Paddock is back

Running through till the end of May next year, the unique gallery features a series of utes painted by outback artists and sculpted in unique ways to create a tribute to what life is like in the region.

The utes have been donated by residents from the area and the gallery has already gathered national attention, drawing tourists from all around Australia.

The outdoor gallery is free to view and each ute has been artistically installed and decorated in a different way, from being transformed into Bundaberg Rum bottles to Vegemite jars.

Lachlan Shire Council Mayor John Medcalf said: “The town’s businesses, residents and local farmers donated several of the utes for canvasses used for the gallery and have always been supportive of this unique attraction.”
