Australia’s first 25hours hotel is now under construction in Paddington and is set to open in 2023, according to Hotel Management.

Part of the Accor group, 25hours is a leading leisure brand that bases itself around creating hotels that reflect the communities they’re based in.

Sydney property developer Central Element is undertaking the project and its director Wayne Chivas said: “We truly believe this project will transform this site on Oxford Street and be a catalyst in restoring Paddington to one of Australia’s leading leisure and lifestyle precincts.
