This year businesses and community members were encouraged to participate in a Pink Up competition.
Thank you to all those who embraced the Pink Up Oberon theme, there were some amazing looking businesses and photos out there.
Community Competition winners:
- 1st place: Brooke Stanton with her little bunny photo
- 2nd place: Wendy Stanton with her sunset photo
- 3rd place: Wendy Stanton of her flower photo
Business Competition winners:
- 1st place: LiveBetter Community Transport
- 2nd place: Oberon Public School years 3-6
- 3rd place: Oberon Public School years K-2
The Oberon Youth Council held a fundraising BBQ and raffle alongside their #ChalkItUpForMentalHealth event to raise awareness and support for mental health.

"Thanks to everyone's support over $400 was raised. Along Oberon Street you could enjoy a sausage sizzle and write a positive message on a chalk board for #ChalkItUpForMentalHealth. There were brochures and wristbands available as well as a raffle. It was a fantastic day for a fantastic cause and the Youth Councillors all enjoyed getting to know the community better and having fun," youth mayor Annabel Burgess said.
