The Hawkins family owned, cool-climate garden is situated on 65 hectares and located 15 minutes outside of Oberon.
Mayfield spokesman Chris Muldoon said November was one of the most beautiful and spectacular times to visit the garden.
"Rhododendrons, water lilies, paeonies, viburnum and wisteria are just some of the plants showing their full colours at this time of the year," he said.
He said visitors could also experience the 50 hectare private family estate which will be open for the duration of the festival.
"Apart from experiencing the extraordinary blooms and colors of an awakening Spring Garden, visitors to the private garden also get to enjoy one of Australia's largest English Box Hedge Mazes, the Mayfield Amphitheatre, Family Chapel, Water Garden, the Stumpery, and rowing on the Mayfield Lake," he said.
He encouraged people to come along, see what's on offer and enjoy getting outside post lockdown.

"Visitors to our Spring Festival usually come to see the amazing explosion of colour but I think this year there is the added attraction of getting back to nature and finding a bit of space to spread out with family and friends," he said.
Mr Muldoon said Mayfield had a COVID safe plan in place for the event.
"We are mindful of the fact that the safety of our visitors is our number one priority, so all visitors will need to bring proof of full vaccination and there will of course be the regular COVID check-in procedures," he said.
The garden will be open during the festival from 9am each day and visitors are encouraged to pack lunch or book a table at the cafe.
"You can bring a picnic lunch, book a table at our popular cafe, or take advantage of additional food outlets we'll be offering during the festival." Mr Muldoon said.
