Oberon Pharmacy owner Jenny Precians expects numbers to keep inclining with Moderna now available to the community.
"We got 300 [doses] in and started vaccinating residents on Friday," she said.
"We've been very busy with lots of community members coming forward and we did a walk-in clinic on Saturday."
Ms Precians said she can place orders for Moderna fortnightly and encouraged residents to book online or call up for an appointment.
"Especially now that we have a confirmed case in the Oberon LGA, I think it's now more important than ever to come and get vaccinated, not only to protect yourself but to protect the community and our most vulnerable people in the community," she said.
She said the Moderna was similar to Pfizer and is approved for anyone aged 12 and over.
"You come in for your first dose and then have your second one four weeks later. In the vaccine roll out it's recommended for 12 to 59 year-olds," she said.
Ms Precians said if anyone had concerns around getting the vaccine to drop in and have a chat.
"Even if you're not sure come in and talk to us about it because we can go through it with you and talk about any concerns you may have," she said.
"You're not obligated to get vaccinated if you come in - you can ask questions and go away and think about it."
