And why? To raise funds to address homelessness in the community.
Justin Enright, managing partner of Morse Group, which has offices in Bathurst, north-west Sydney and Oberon, will be part of the 2021 Vinnies CEO Sleepout at the White Bay Cruise Terminal.
He is a veteran of the fundraising venture, having taken part for a number of years.
His aim this year is to raise more than $8250, which is what he almost reached last year when completing the sleepout in the midst of the pandemic isolation in the backyard of Morse Group Bathurst.
"We were given the choice of sleeping on the couch or in the backyard of our home, but it was a no-brainer to me to choose the office's backyard," Mr Enright said last year.
"A lot of my colleagues often assert that I've slept a night at the office because I have a preponderance to be here a lot."
Mr Enright's total for 2021 was at $6191 on Tuesday afternoon.
The money raised will go towards crisis accommodation options for families and individuals at risk of homelessness, case management and counselling, educational and living skills courses, health services and home packages for those people Vinnies helps transition to housing.
As a tax planning measure and with June 30 fast approaching, Mr Enright said donations are tax-deductible and can be processed online.
