Baby, it's cold outside: Oberon's first snowfall for winter

OBERON experienced the first real blast of winter for the year when snow fell in the early hours last Thursday and continued to fall for most of the day.

The temperature dropped to -2 and the maximum was just 5.2 degrees Celsius, recorded at the Bureau of Meteorology's official weather station.

Friday's minimum was -1.6 and there was 10.6 millimetres of rain recorded.
