Unfortunately, the Oberon women's enthusiasm was not shared by the other teams in the competition.
There was some difficulty in finding a course that was open on a Monday to play the final rounds and due to a technicality, Oberon was not eligible to be considered.
Thus, the Pennants competition for 2020 was recently cancelled by the Blue Mountains District Ladies Golf Association.
The Oberon Women's Pennants team is hoping for a more positive and more competitive 2021.
