A GROUP of Garden Club members visited the lovely garden of Lynne Bruce at Hampton last month. How good it is to finally be able to have these outings, even if in reduced form.

On Tuesday November 10, some members will have visited Antonia's Irises at Vittoria. Then, on Saturday 14, a celebration of the friendship we shared with the late Robin Toedter will be held in her garden at 200 Albion Street.
John had worked tirelessly to have the grounds looking immaculate and the incredible variety of plants is a delight. With Robin's passing, we lost a huge amount of local gardening knowledge.
On Monday, November 16, and weather permitting, we are having another get-together at the Common, but this time with a different view of the grounds, from the new pavilion accessed from Curtis Street. Commencing 10am, BYO morning tea, hand sanitizer, chair, plus any plants, magazines or books for swapping.
Any inquires to Nancy on 6336 1187.
