Mr Price finished first with 119 points at the end of the NRL season proper.
He will receive two tickets to the NRL grand final compliments of the Oberon Review and he says they will be placed in a raffle to give RSL members a chance to win them.
"I think this is the fairest thing to do - then all members have a chance to go to the grand final," he said.
Mr Price said he thinks he led from the beginning in the competition, so he was not chasing other contestants.
"Because my team have had a good season, it helped with my points each week," he said.
Coming in second was Bob from Oberon Milk Supplies with 115 points, who will receive a football jersey of his choice. Third-placed Lauren from Kenny Springs Solicitors will receive a league ball.
Greg and James from First National Bowyer and Livermore get the wooden spoon, coming in on 102 points.
