THE Oberon Hospital Auxiliary held its AGM recently in the Robey Centre of the Oberon Hospital. President is Annabelle Gilbert, vice-presidents are Ros Brown and Laurie Kirkman, secretary is Sue Johnson, treasurer is Bronwyn Harvey, publicity officer is Lurline Ralls and patron is Kathy Sajowitz. Staff and management of the hospital attended the meeting and thanked the auxiliary for its continuing work in raising funds to ensure the hospital is well-equipped and comfortable for patients. Following the meeting, auxiliary members, staff and management enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea provided by the hospital. Many thanks to the kitchen staff for providing this opportunity for a social time together. Unfortunately, due to present restrictions, the auxiliary is unable to undertake its usual fundraising activities, but would like to remind people that they can help the auxiliary by purchasing one of the attractive face masks from Oberon Hospital. Many thanks to Gaynor Maloney and Irene Howard for their donation of masks. We look forward to existing members and hopefully some new members attending the next meeting at 2pm in the Robey Centre on Friday, September 18.
