SOME time between Monday, August 10 and Tuesday, August 11, a chain was cut on a gate and entry was forced to a property on Campbells River Road at Burraga.

The house was ransacked and property was stolen, including jewellery and two motorcycles.
A farm ute was entered in an attempt to steal further items.
Police recovered some items left by the offender/s and those items are currently being forensically examined.
DAMAGE TO DOOR
ON Saturday, August 15, the owners of the Oberon Veterinary Clinic noticed that a door to the premises had been damaged.
The door and the door jamb had damage consistent with an attempt to force the door open using a jemmy bar or similar item.
Entry wasn't gained and no property was stolen.
New CCTV cameras have since been installed throughout the premises.
ROYAL HOTEL
POLICE will allege that a male customer who was staying in the Royal Hotel accommodation forced entry to the bar area of the hotel between 11.30pm and 12am on August 11.
The man allegedly served himself drinks and removed a bottle of spirits before noticing that the hotel alarm had been activated.
The entire incident was captured on CCTV camera footage.
