This follows the four main street trees wrapped with colourful knitted, crocheted and sewn wraps advertising the inaugural festival to be held on the last weekend in June 2021.
The 2020 festival was a COVID casualty and had to be postponed.
The talented and hardworking members, however, have a special Crafternoon group who are busy knitting, crocheting and sewing.
The focus of events for the festival will be on what is in gardens or the landscape, what is grown, picked or harvested - specifically in autumn/winter within a cool temperate inland climate, as is experienced on the Oberon Plateau.
Over the three-day timeframe, various events will involve the district population, including school students, as well as visitors.
Competitions will attract entries focusing on the botany of any cool temperate inland climatic regions similar to Oberon.
