WOMEN'S BOWLS
OBERON RSL Women's Bowling Club's AGM will be held on Sunday, July 26 at 2pm. Nomination forms are available and are to be handed in to Elaine Hepburn by 5pm, July 16. Nominations required are president, vice president (two), secretary, secretary's assistant, treasurer, treasurer's assistant, pennants selectors (three), delegate and publicity officer. To be eligible to vote and nominate, you must be a financial member.
HOSPITAL AUXILIARY
IT has been a quiet time for the Oberon Hospital Auxiliary due to COVID and associated restrictions. Despite being unable to hold meetings, it is good news that the thermal mugs and emergency trolley which were on order have arrived. They are much appreciated by patients and staff. The AGM will be held in the Robey Centre on July 17 at noon. Members, please note that lunch will be at noon and meeting will follow.
FARMERS' HELP
IT is important to obtain medical help and advice even when times are tough, so until December 2020, the Oberon Medical Centre will be extending its bulk-billing arrangements to include farmers and their direct family members. Contact 6336 1505 to check eligibility and appointment times.
