The centre plans to do vaccinations up until April 18.
The centre is practising social distancing and has a few new plans in place to reduce exposure.
A centre spokesperson said those who are already booked should wait for a call from the centre. To book, phone 6336 1505.
"We are doing vaccination as small groups in specific times to reduce the exposure," the spokesperson said.
"A doctor will call you to get some information and will give you a specific time for your vaccination with instructions."
People most at risk of severe influenza and its complications are eligible for free influenza vaccines under the National Immunisation Program.
Some of the eligible groups include pregnant women (at any stage of pregnancy), people aged 65 years and over, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged six months and over, and children aged six months to less than five years.
