It is important now, more than ever, that we look after and support our neighbours, our family and our friends.
We ask people to be calm, to work with governments and, importantly, to work with each other.
By doing that, we will be maximising our opportunities to ensure all of us get through this in the best possible position and then to bounce back as quickly as possible.

We hear a lot about social distancing, but it is the best measure to combat this disease.
For many, we are not used to it, but it's critical that we all play our part now.
Social distancing means we reduce the number of close physical and social contacts we have with one another.
When social distancing actions are combined with good personal hygiene measures, the spread of a pandemic through the community can be slowed.
This helps protect the most vulnerable members of the community and reduces the impact of the pandemic on essential, life-saving health services.
