Activities included group walks, a movie at the Malachi Gilmore Hall, Burraga and Black Springs seniors' lunches, Balance 'n' Bones, armchair travel and morning teas at O'Connell and Mayfield Garden.
The Oberon Pharmacy Walking Group and U3A promoted some of their regular events and the Malachi hosted a "Malachi Movie Classic" - Born Free, which used to play there back in 1966.

At Black Springs, seniors enjoyed a sumptuous morning tea while listening to stories of Black Springs and being entertained by the students of Black Springs Public School.
Those who attended the morning tea at O'Connell could not have ordered a more beautiful day. In the garden of the O'Connell Café, attendees enjoyed freshly baked scones while hearing some of the historical reminiscences from the O'Connell Valley Community Association and long-time residents.
It was all a resounding success for those involved in organising, hosting and attending the many events.
