The process involves an application and then an interview.
This year Oberon High saw Abbey Mills and Ella Brien apply and receive a certificate of participation at the awards ceremony on Friday, February 7.
The two students had a wonderful opportunity to develop their skills in interviewing.

Fruits of labour
AS part of the new syllabus requirements for the Senior Hospitality subject, fruit salad and vanilla custard was on the menu last week.
The custard was made from scratch and students practised cutting techniques and preparing fruit in a number of different ways.
