The run on the course had been tempered a little by the recent fall of rain, which meant the run was not totally unmanageable.
Wilma Artery not only played well but was able to use the conditions to her advantage, coming in with a brilliant plus 9.
Jenn Capel came in second with plus 6 and in third place was Robyn Slattery with plus 5.
Nearest the pin in Division 1 went to Sue Webb, who was in the hole on the ninth for 2. It was great to see Sue back at golf after a long absence.
Nearest the pin in Division 2 was Marjorie Webb.
Next week will be the First National Bowyer and Livermore-sponsored Monthly Medal Round, as well as the first round of the Arrow's Newsagency Eliminator.
The game will be followed by the annual general meeting.
Women's golf is played every Wednesday morning.
