Balls went to Irene Bishop, Bill Wilcox, Joe Casey, Mark Voytilla and Hugh O'Neil.
A field of 36 golfers played a stableford event on Saturday. Neil Whalan had a good round of 40 points to win A grade and not far behind was the ever-reliable Barry Stubbs with 39 points.
Peter D'Arcy, who is playing himself into form, was the B grade winner with the solid round of 39 points. Bob Rickard was the runner-up with 38 points.
Nearest the pin on the first hole was Dennis O'Connell and Barry Stubbs was closest on the seventh.
The great Aussie Lamb challenge on Monday attracted a smaller group of golfers, but was well contested.
Doug Collins was at his best for a great round of 42 points to easily win.
Joint runners-up were Peter Griffiths and Eric Whalan with 40 points each. Nearest the pin on the ninth hole was Eric Whalan and Barry Lang was closest on the 17th.

Golf on Saturday will be an 18-hole stroke round, playing for the monthly medal and medal of medals.

Members are reminded that the annual fourball begins in February. Make sure you are paid up so that your scores count.
