The 2018 Oberon Showgirl, Bronte Gavey, was given the title at a gala dinner held at the Oberon Showground in October last year.
Ms Gavey represented her show society and Oberon with pride in March 2019 at the Zone 5 showgirl final in Mudgee.
She recently participated in a weekend of fun, education, growth, networking and empowerment program with 13 other young women from The Land Showgirl competition.
The weekend involved self-defence lessons, nutritional talks, make-up tutorials, manners, speech preparation and interview skills, just to name a few.
