"Movember is the time of year when men around the world commit to bring back the moustache and have fun for a serious cause to rise awareness and encourage fundraising for prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health research," he said.
"The moustache is a symbol that encourages conversations and awareness for men's health, physical inactivity and suicide prevention.
"Physical activity has become a health problem; remaining active decreases our chances of health issues occurring. Women can also join as Mo-Sistas and MOVE, fundraising while getting more active.
"All Mo-Bros and Mo-Sistas, friends, family, colleagues and community members can have fun and raise awareness."

Mr Jack said this year Oberon has challenged Molong in the fundraising efforts.
"The team has also thrown down a challenge to Cabonne Council to support Movember by forming their own team and match or better last year where the town of Moberon managed to grow a range of moustaches, raising more than $5000 in the process," he said.
"To become a Mo-Bro or Mo-Sista, go to https://moteam.co/oberon or just come along and enjoy the activities on offer. Go to the same site to donate to the team or your favourite team member.
"So, if you see a growing prevalence of face furniture throughout the town, you will know the reason and know it's all for a good cause."
