Practice manager Danielle Fitzpatrick said farmers, shift workers and forest workers find it hard to make an appointment during the week.
"Now there's an alternative for a Saturday appointment," she said.
"We're a mixed billing practice. Bulk-billing is available to all pensioners, Veterans' Affairs, health card holders, and children under the age of 16.
"Our fees are based on guidelines set by the Australian Medical Association and are displayed in the reception area of our surgery.
"There will be two general practitioners on duty on Saturdays to cover the emergency department at Oberon Hospital."

Ms Fitzpatrick said it is important to obtain medical help and advice even when times are tough, so until December, the centre will be extending its bulk-billing arrangements to include farmers and their direct family members.
Oberon Medical Centre is open Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm and Saturdays 9am to 5pm.
